Are you interested in learning to play the dulcimer? It’s one of the easiest of instruments to learn! We will be demonstrating, explaining and answering questions about the dulcimer. There will be several practice instruments available, and we will have you playing at least one song your first time! We will begin meeting the first Wednesday of the month January-March 2019.

We’ve picked the cookbook, you choose and make the recipe, then we all share our culinary creations! RSVP required. If you would like to participate, come to the Library, browse the cookbook and choose your recipe. We will make a copy of the recipe for you, place a post-it note in the book to designate that recipe is taken. You just make the recipe and bring it to share. *17 and over

We get a lot of advice about what flowering annuals and perennials to plant, but there’s a whole layer of our garden that we’re forgetting… the trees! There are tons of great trees that are beautiful additions to the home landscape AND support bee populations with abundant flowers. Join Melissa Burdick, Executive Director of The Brenton Arboretum, as she takes you through the top trees to maximize your pollinator garden.
