The Polk City Community Library is pleased to announce that beginning January 19, 2021 it will accept passport applications on behalf of the U.S. Department of State. U.S. citizens planning international travel may apply for their passports Monday-Thursday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Fridays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at 1500 W. Broadway, Polk City. Appointments are strongly recommended for passport appointments. Schedule an appointment with library staff.
