Join Brandy Young for Chair Yoga via Zoom! Chair yoga is a gentle practice in which postures are performed while seated and/or with the support of a chair. This class is designed to help make yoga accessible at every life stage; for those who may be experiencing limited mobility or simply desiring a gentler practice. The poses are adaptations of modern yoga poses which will help to bring freedom and improve balance as we move and breathe together. No experience is necessary. *Gentle strength training may also be incorporated into the practice. Props such as hand weights, resistance bands and a yoga block may be helpful if desired, but not necessary.
