Teen Dog Wash
Do you have a dirty dog? The library's Teen Advisory Group is holding a dog wash on Saturday, May 10th, 12:00-3:00 p.m. It's $2 for a small to medium dog wash and $4 to wash large dogs. Proceeds will be used to purchase library books. Please note that dogs must be current on all shots and on a leash.

The Friends of the Library annual book sale is in July. We appreciate YOUR book donations! Please drop items off at the library during our regular business hours. Hard back and paper back books, movies, music & board games are sold at the book sale. Please—NO text books or Readers Digest condensed books.

The All Iowa Reads Committee, Iowa Center for the Book, has chosen Anne Tyler's novel "Digging to America" for 2008.
The purpose of All Iowa Reads is to encourage Iowans statewide to read and talk about a single title in the same year.
The Morning Book Club will be discussing this book at their meeting, September 13th.
